The Lippert Components High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack - Black Waterproof Switch Kit - 30" Lift # LC298707 has a threaded rod that runs from one side to the other. It sounds like there is an issue with the leg either showing a little resistance so it only moves one leg to try and level to that other jack leg.
